PURPOSE:To suppress fluctuations of temperature due to irregularity of fixation by packing a dielectric with a high dielectric constant between a center and an external conductor through spacers made of a dielectric with a low dielectric constant. CONSTITUTION:The external circumferential surface of the center conductor 3 and the internal circumferential surface of the external conductor 1 are covered with the spacers 4 and 4' made of dielectrics with a low dielectric constant. Then, the dielectric 2 with the high dielectric constant is packed between the spacers 4 and 4'. Thus, the conductors and dielectrics with the high dielectric constant are prevented from being coming into direct contact. Then when the intervals between the conductors and dielectrics with the high dielectric constant vary directly, the characteristics of a resonator varys greatly. Therefore, the influence of temperature is reduced unless the conductors and dielectrics with the high dielectric constant come into direct contact with each other. |
