<p>PURPOSE:To minimize a leakage current and to expand a frequency conversion area by decreasing a voltage developed across a switch element during a break of a current. CONSTITUTION:When a flip-flop is reset, a switch 37 is turned off and a switch 38 is turned on. An input current Is is integrated by integrating circuits (33 and 34) and when the integral value reaches a specific value, a terminal D is held at a level H through an AND circuit 39. When a clock is inputted, the flip-flop is set to generate an H-level output and switches 37 and 38 are turned on and off respectively to discharge the capacitor 34. While the input current is integrated, the switch 38 is on, so the voltage across the switch 37 is nearly at the ground level to suppress a leakage current.</p> |
