PURPOSE:To provide a counter to a center device for offering polling service to each terminal corresponding to the number of times of transmission of data from the terminal. CONSTITUTION:The center device 11 is provided with a processor 11a and a communication control part 11b to sent out a polling signal to respective terminals 12A-12Z. The center device 11 is provided with data counters corresponding to the terminal devices 12A-12Z. Each counter counts the number of times of data transmission in a specific polling cycle period and on the basis of its counted value, classification is performed. In a next specific polling cycle period, the terminal devices 12A-12Z are offered the polling service on the basis of the classification. |
