<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an optional logical threshold value, by providing a reference voltage generator which outputs an optional reference voltage by a control signal and a comparator which compares an input signal with the reference voltage. CONSTITUTION:The reference voltage generating circuit R generates optional reference voltages for two systems by the control signals Aref1 and Aref2, and also generates corresponding reference voltages in response to two inputs AIN1 and AIN2 which have different logical threshold values. Comparators C1 and C2 compare input signals with the reference voltages to generate logical signals matched with the logical threshold value of a trailing stage. Therefore, individual reference voltages are selected according to the logical threshold values of the input signals to obtain conformity to the logical level in an LSI.</p> |
