PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacture of a magnetic head and to simplify the structure of dies, by fitting a magnetic core to a coil bobbin which has a taper- guide fitting part formed in one body and then providing winding, and thus obtaining a core assembly. CONSTITUTION:This invented magnetic head has the tape-guide fitting part 13 formed in the same body with the coil bobbin. Then, a groove 13a where a magnetic core half body is to be fitted is formed on the inside surface side of the part 13 and a fitting opening 13b of a tape side is formed at an edge part of the outside surface. The coil bobbin of said structure is used and magnetic core half bodies 1 and 1 are fitted fixedly to each other by utilizing the groove 13a of the tape guide fitting part 13 and the coil bobbin 5 and winding 4 is provided to obtain the core assembly. This constitution facilitates the manufacture and also simplifies the structure of dies. |
