PURPOSE:To vary the quality of not only a sound heard through a speaker, but also a sound recorded on a tape freely by recording the output signal of a sound tone control circuit during sound recording. CONSTITUTION:For reproduction, a recording/reproducing switch 2 is placed at a side P as usual and a selector switch 4 is connected to a changeover contact 4b to obtain a reproduced tone-controlled sound through the speaker. For sound recording, the recording/reproducing switch 2 is connected to a side R and the selector switch 4 is connected to a changeover contact 4a or 4c. A signal for sound recording selected by the selector switch 4 is supplied to the tone control circuit to adjust its tone and then outputted from the speaker 7 as a sound. At the same time, the output of the tone control circuit 5 is displayed on a meter 11 through a contact 2-3 and an amplifying circuit 8 and further applied through a sound recording amplifying circuit 9 to a recording/reproducing head 1 together with the output of a bias oscillating circuit 10 to be recorded on a tape. |
