PURPOSE:To reduce the occurrence of a tape squeal remarkably by adding an organic lubricant, solid lubricant, and fine powder of an inorganic material to an adhesive for fixedly laminating thin plates with high magnetic permeability which constitute a core, an adhesive for laminating spacer plates and a shield plate, etc. CONSTITUTION:In the opening part 1a of a shield case 1, cores 2a and 2b and the shield plate 3 are exposed and the spacer plates while positioned between the cores 2a and 2b and shield plate 3 extends to the opening part 1a. The cores 2a and 2b are formed by fixedly laminating plural thin plates of high magnetic permeability magnetic materials such as amorphous and ''Permalloy '' materials with the adhesive. As the spacer plates for insulating the cores 2a and 2b and shield plate 3 magnetically, plural thin plates of nonmagnetic materials are laminated and fixed. Then, the shield plate 3 for cutting off leakage magnetic flux from the cores 2a and 2b is constituted by using a similar laminated plate. |
