PURPOSE:To carry out separation treatment such as solid-solid separation or washing in good efficiency by one centrifugal separator, by forming the centrifugal separator from a basket shaped double structure consisting of a centrifugal precipitator and a centrifugal filter machine. CONSTITUTION:An upper and a lower end plates 15, 16 are fixed to a hollow non-perforated cylinder 2 provided to the outside to form an outer periphery container. In addition, to a hollow perforated cylinder 14 provided to the inner side, an upper and a lower end plates 17, 18 are fixed to form an inner periphery container. Both containers form an integrated rotor by fixing the lower end plate 18 to the lower end plate 16 so as to position a drive shaft 4 to the center thereof and the shaft 4 is connected to a motor through a fixing rod 12. In this structure, a liquid discharge pipe 5, a supply pipe 7, a scraper 8 and a washing pipe 13 are inserted into the inner periphery container while a filtrate discharge pipe 19 is inserted into the outer periphery container and the pipes 5, 19 are made movable by respective drive machines 6, 20. Therefore, a series of separation and treatment can be carried out in a same machine. |
