<p>PURPOSE:To effectively realize marking on electronic parts by printing on the marked surface of said electronic parts through irradiation of ultraviolet ray through the mask forming the specified light transmitting pattern. CONSTITUTION:A resin mold semiconductor element 9 is provided with the marked surface 10 consisting of light sensitive epoxy resin. The specified light transmitting parttern 11 is aranged in parallel to the marked surface 10 with an adequate space. An ultaviolet ray generator irradiates ultraviolet ray to the marked surface 10 through the mask 11. The ultraviolet ray is irradiated to the marked surface 10 of the resin mold semiconductor element 9 through the pattern of mask 11. Thereby, characters, numerals or symbols corresponding to the pattern of mask 11 are formed as the color-changed area on the marked surface 10.</p> |
