摘要

PURPOSE:To increase the mechanical strength and electrical safety of a resonator by electrically grounding a gas cooler and a blower means while exchanging heat among a block containing these parts and the cooling fins of the gas cooler. CONSTITUTION:A metallic block 1 is fast stuck and fixed around a discharge tube 3. The gas cooler 12 and a fan blower 13 are encased into the metallic block 2, and fast stuck and fixed. The block 2 is grounded. The gas cooler 12 is encased and fixed into the block 2 so as to be fast stuck to the wall surface of the block 2, and heat is exchanged mutually between the cooler 12 and the metallic block 2.
