PURPOSE:To make a benefical response to an extension call by registering the telephone number of a subscriber designation when the subscriber leaves an extension telephone set to hold a transfer. CONSTITUTION:By a telephone set 8, the telephone number of a transfer destination is stored in a temporary storage circuit 7 through a central processor 6. When an incoming signal arrives at the telephone set 8 whose number is registered for transfer from some telephone set, the central processor 6 accesses the temporary storage circuit 7 to check the telephone set is placed in transfer operation or not and when so, the telephone number of the transfer designation is decoded to send a ringing tone to the telephone set of the transfer designation. |
