The method and the device serve for forming marking signals and means on road surfaces using essentially globular retroreflecting elements (Er), that is to say formed by an anchoring base and by an emerging retroreflecting dome, which are capable of retroreflecting the radiant light projected by the headlights or lamps of motor vehicles.
