PURPOSE:To conveniently use a vehicle as a fully flat seat, by providing holders fixing head rests on vertical wall surfaces in a car room. CONSTITUTION:Holders 9, 10, to which a stay 3a of head rests 3 can be inserted, are provided to a back door 11 and side panel 12 of a car body. The holder 9 is to insert the stay 3a of the rest 3 to a vertical wall surface of the door 11 while the holder 10 is to place the stay 3a along a vertical wall surface of the panel 12. The holders 9, 10 are formed integrally with or separately from the vertical wall surface, and may be provided on a trim member or the like. |
