PURPOSE:To permit safe and smooth ascending and descending work into a hatch by constituting a partitioned space by utilizing the concave space between two or more contiguous bulkheads, installing an inclined ladder in the inside of the partitioned space and forming in the lower part of the partitioned space, going-in and out chambers which communicate to the respective hatches. CONSTITUTION:A partitioned space 2 formed of the space equivalent to two concave grooves is provided, and a pair of going-in and out chambers 4A and 4B are formed by boundaries 5 and 6 in the lowest part. An entrance 7 is formed on the upper boundary 5 in the going-in and out chamber 4A, and a closing door is installed onto the entrance 8 of the boundary 6. The entrance and exits 10A and 10B which communicate to both hatches H1 and H2 are formed on a bulkhead part. Operators can go to and from the both hatches through the entrance 7 which is formed between the going-in and out chambers 4A and 4B and equipped with a closing door. As the closing doors 9, 17A, and 17B are installed in the partitioned space 2, closing operation can be performed freely from the trouble due to cargoes, and inflow of cargoes to each going-in and out chamber 4 can be prevented by the intermediate boundary 12. |
