PURPOSE:To improve the productivity and reliability, by using a flexible board, forming circuits on the board, connecting the circuits to the other circuits through holes of the board, and attaining strong connection with the other circuits. CONSTITUTION:The board 10 made of flexible copper foil laminated board or thermoplastic resin film is used, a filter element 11 is fixed on one side of the board 10, and spiral coils 12, 13 are formed in advance at both sides of the element 11 with the printed wiring circuit technology. Holes 15, 16 are provided at a part of the board 10 in advance so as to locate inside terminals of the coils 12, 13 in the holes 15, 16. The inside terminal of the coils 12, 13 is arranged so as to be coincident with conductors 18, 19 on a printed wiring board 17; the inside terminals of the coils 12, 13 and the conductors 18, 19 are connected to eliminate the need for wires which are mechanically weak, allowing to make the connection to the other circuits strong and to improve the productivity and reliability. |
