PURPOSE:To make a barge coupler follow the barge displacing, by providing a pair of rollers parallely arranged in the vertical direction at the front end of the barge and by providing a pair of rollers parallely arranged in the horizontal direction within a cavity in the mooring column. CONSTITUTION:Under the condition that a barge 100 is moored to a mooring column 101, rollers 7, 7' slide while rotating on the abutting surfaces of guide wings 3a, 3a, and therefore, may easily move in the vertical direction when the barge 100 displaces in the vertical direction with respect to the sea surface due to the change of tide. Further, a damper frame 8 is moved while the guide wing 8a of the damper frame is abutted to rollers 16 by way of a guide member 3, connecting rods 4, 11 and a joint 9 when the barge 100 is to displace in the horizontal direction, with respect to the sea surface, away from the mooring column 101 due to, for example, wind force. On the contrary, the damper frame 8 is moved while the wing 8a is abutted against rollers 16' when the barge 100 is to move in the opposite direction. |
