PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of connection, by providing a clip having slit-shaped grooves the ends of which are opened, on the upper surface of the input/output connecting strip line ends, and connecting a lead ribbon having holes near its both ends to the groove. CONSTITUTION:The input and output connection strip lines 4, 4' are formed on the upper surface of a microwave integrated circuit substrate 3, and the clips 5, 5' having the slit-shaped groove 5a are provided on the upper surface of the ends of the lines 4, 4'. A connection lead ribbon 8 having holes 8a near both ends is inserted to the groove 5a to connect microwave integrated circuits 9, 9' with bonding. In forming the slit-shaped groove 5a, the strip lins 4, 4' are connected without damages, allowing to improve the realiability of connection. |
