<p>PURPOSE:To realize a single characteristic impedance, by forming a microstrip conductor having >= three turns in a transmission line, making the width of an intermediate conductor broader than the other outer and inner width, and taking the characteristic impedance of the intermediate transmission line the same as the other conductor. CONSTITUTION:On the surface of a dielectric 16 provided with a back side electrode 21, input and output terminals 11, 12 are formed and microstrip conductors 13-15 having >= three turns are formed. The conductor width of the intermediate conductor 14 is made wider than the conductor width of the outer conductor 13 and the inner conductor 15. The conductor thickness of the outer and inner conductors 28, 30 are made thicker than the conductor width of the intermediate conductor 29. The characteristic impedance of the intermediate conductor 14 or 29 in which the characteristic impedance is higher due to the effect of the other conductors is reduced to the same value as the others allowing to realize the single characteristic impedance.</p> |
