发明名称 ELECTROSTATIC RECORDING MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To save consumption of energy and man power from the operation and management points of view without sacrificing recording characteristics, by using polymethyl methacrylate for the binder resin of the underlayer of an electrostatic recording material formed on a film base used for an electrostatic sealless commutation ticket. CONSTITUTION:An underlayer composed of a resistance-lowered type of a pigment, such as coprous chloride, zinc oxide, tin oxide, or titanium oxide, and a binder resin is formed on a support made of plastic, and a dielectric layer having <=5mum reticular protuberances is formed on the underlayer to obtain an electrostatic recording material used for an electrostatic seal-less commutation ticket. A methyl methacrylate resin having 80-100 thousand weitht average mol.wt., 80-110 deg.C glass transition point Tg, and 2-4H pencil hardness is used for the binder resin of the underlayer. The recording material is resistant to curling, it saves energy in manufacture, and enhances operability, and it has advantages on the side of management, as compared with conventional thermosetting resin type binders.
