<p>The device has a weighing platform (1) with a flexible bar (2) equipped with strain gauges (3) mounted in a Wheatstone bridge. An electric current is emitted whose voltage is proportional to the deflection of the bar caused by the load placed on the platform. The electric signal is amplified (3a) and directed to a divider (4). The divider is controlled by a selector (5) whose index (5a) is set to a mark on the scale (6) corresponding to the desired quantity of product. This selection determines the coefficient by which the electric signal is divided. The signal from the divider is input to an analogue or digital device (9) which displays its size. A regulatable calibration unit (10,11) enables the operator to reset the display device to zero.</p> |
