CONSTITUTION:After original plates 1 and 2 are held by the holding frame 3, etc., pattern matching is carried out. Then, the holding frame 3 and internal frame 8 are opened and the iron plate 13 which has both surfaces coated with a photosensitive liquid is inserted. At this time, packing materials 20 and 22 are applied with no internal pressure and flexible enough to allow the iron plate 13 to contact the original plates 1 and 2. Compressed air is sent from a pressure applying device to the packing materials 20 and 22 through holes 21 and 23. Consequently, closed spaces 18 and 19 are formed at the circumference of the original plate 1 to eliminate the need for a gap between the iron plate and original plates and the original plates never curve during vacuum production and also has no position shift when curving or restored. |
