PURPOSE:To easily manufacture shape steel whose whole surface has been covered with a thin plate of various metals, by using both adhesion by an adhesive agent and deposition by roll spot welding. CONSTITUTION:On the center line of a thin plate 1 of a high grade metal, a ready-made fixed size steel pipe 5 is placed, the thin plate 1 is wound round the outside circumference of the steel pipe 5 gradually by a forming roll 6, covers it cylindrically, and is made to adhere by an adhesive agent. Subsequently, the adhering part is made to press-contact, performing spot welding by a roll spot welding device 7. Also, continuously, various special pipes or square angles, or various shape steel 9 are molded by a forming roll 8. |
