PURPOSE:To realize a high-quality circuit featuring a reduced amount of the intermodulaion noise by securing an automatic equalization of both the amplitude and phase characteristics via the combination wave of variuos pilot signals contained in the base band signals. CONSTITUTION:In the circuit which gives an automatic equalization up to the 6th amplitude characteristics and 5th phase characteristics, the IF signals undergo the amplitude limitation through limiter 11 after passing through power series type variable amplitude equalizers 130, 140, 150 and 160 plus power series type phase equalizers 220, 230, 240 and 250 each. And the demodulation is given to the FM signals through FM signal demodulator 12, and the base band signals are applied to output terminal 13. Then the 2nd-5th combination waves of various pilot signals contained in the demodulated base band signals are extracted through BPF21, 31, 41 and 51 each and then detected by envelope detectors 22, 32, 42 and 52 to be applied to phase detectors 132, 142, 152, 162, 222, 232, 242 and 252 via DC blocking circuits 23, 33, 43 and 53 each. |
