PURPOSE:To obtain an image pickup tube with high accuracy and low cost by integrating a support ring and an elastic support member. CONSTITUTION:A support ring 20 and an elastic support member 21 that fix an insulating material 12 on an electrode 11 are integrated, with each other. Since the purpose of the elastic support member 21 is attained by fixing the elastic support member 21 on the electrode 11, thereby the fixation of the insulating material 12 is also achieved, the number of members can be reduced and the number of spot welding points for fixing the material 21 in the electrode 11 and the potentiality for generation of dirt by a splash can sharply be reduced. |
