PURPOSE:To improve discharge characteristics by applying a camber positively to a pellet so as to have a spring feature between a positive electrode can and the pellet. CONSTITUTION:The quantity of a camber is made 0.05mm. or more. In assembling a cell, first a SUS net 5 is spot welded inside a negative electrode can 1 formed in one body with a gasket 7, then a lithium pellet 2 is press fit to constitute a negative electrode unit. A separator 4 is mounted on the negative electrode unit with the lithium facing upward, then the electrolyte is injected from above to be impregnated into the separator. Furthermore, a positive electrode pellet 6 is mounted on it with the net pressed surface facing upward, then a positive electrode can 8 is mounted, and the opening end of the positive electrode can 8 is caulked inward for sealing. |
