This invention is a procedure and device for producing construction material, such as brick or a similar material.The invention makes it possible to quickly, easily and rationally produce construction material with low energy consumption using simple means. It also makes it possible to produce objects with complicated configurations.A heat-resistant mass of dry, granular, preferably grain-graduated condition (1) is blended (2-4) with a number of sintering agents and received in a number of moulds. The moulds are designed to vibrate (5) so that the mixture is packed together. The mixture is then heated to a suitable pre-sintering temperature (6), after which the obtained product goes through final sintering (8) at the desired temperature in an oven.<IMAGE> |
