In the case of a handle-fastening coupling consisting of a coupling sleeve (16a) with implement insertion hole (24) and implement push-in projection (18) which can be pushed into the implement insertion hole, the locking is effected by means of the offset portion (62) of a leaf spring, which acts as a latch catch and engages in a circular hole in the flat-steel push-in projection. The spring (64) can be lifted out by means of an operating button (48). It lies between the coupling sleeve (16a), provided with axial and radial webs (28 and 26, respectively) and the handle-tube end (10). It engages into a slot of the coupling sleeve with an offset portion (32). The coupling sleeve (16a), the handle-tube end (10) and the adjacent connection piece, which connects the implement push-in projection to the tool via welding straps, are elliptical or oval in cross-section, the handle-tube end (10) changing from the originally round cross-section to an elliptical cross-section. <IMAGE> |
