To facilitate mounting, the strip-shaped clamping seal for connecting, in the manner of a frame, a fixed structural part to window pane or other panels, whose cross-sectional area has at least two essentially U-shaped locating grooves each bounded by two sealing lips and which have at least one clamping strip releasably connected to a main strip, is characterised in that the clamping strips (2) which are releasably connected to the main strip (1) form one of the sealing lips (3) of at least one of the locating grooves (4) and have an anchoring foot (5) with at least one barb (6, 6a) by means of which they can be snapped into an essentially corresponding groove (7) of the main strip (1) arranged at an angle of 30 to 150 DEG to the centre axis (M) of the locating groove (4) provided with the releasable sealing lip (3). <IMAGE> |
