PURPOSE:The titled food, prepared by roasting potatoes with the skin and thigh meat of a chicken with salad oil in a beautiful brown color, and scattering salt thereon, and capable of supplying the staple food. CONSTITUTION:A salad oil 1 is introduced into a pan 9, and potatoes 2 with the skin cut to four pieces are placed side by side along the periphery of the pan 9, and heated to roll and scorch the potatoes 2 with the skin. A small amount of the salad oil 1 is further added, and a thigh meat of a chicken 3 is introduced into the center of the pan 9 and heated, seasoned with salt 4 and then steamed over a medium fire in the pan 9 with a lid 7 thereon. Thus, the titled food optimal for a nutrient food can be obtained within 15-20min. |
