In a radiopaging system which can be reached from a telephone subscriber station via a telephone network by dialling a special code number, further information (for example a code digit, telephone numbers of the called radiopaging subscriber, telephone number to be displayed on the radiopaging receiver etc.) can be transferred from the calling subscriber in the form of a speech input following through-connection of the speech path. For this purpose, the concentrator device, via which the connection-individual transmissions are linked with the radiopaging control centre, is provided with a speech receiving device. The latter is connected via a data line to the radiopaging control centre to transfer the data words derived from the speech information.
