Rocker switch for a hook switch

In a rocker switch for hook switches in telephone sets, two interconnected lever arms are actuated via the handset. In order to produce a rocker switch of this type which requires little space, is lightweight but performs the switching function in torsion-resistant and reliable fashion, the two lever arms are rigidly interconnected via a thin-walled tube and are mounted with mounting tabs disposed far apart from one another in the vicinity of the ends of the tube with the aid of mounting pins in mounting blocks which are fitted to a printed circuit board.
