To attach a vine shoot (3) on a supporting wire (2) of a wire frame construction at a particular angle relative to the supporting wire (2), use is made of a clamp (1) which is provided with bendings (9 and 11) for accommodating the supporting wire (2), which is pressed into them through ends (7, 10) of the legs (4, 5) of the U-shaped clamp (1).
