The invention relates to a tube for endotracheal or oesophagus obturator ventilation, with a balloon cuff at the end of the tube. Two separate channels (1, 2) run in the tube, of which one extends only as far as a region in the upper half and has a plurality of air outlet openings (14) therein, and the other extends to the lower end of the tube. The design of the tube is intended to be such that it can be used even by people without special training, and its external diameter should allow sufficient air and oxygen to pass through. This is achieved by the two channels (1, 2) being formed by the tube wall (3) and by a partition (16) which divides the tube. The first channel (1) is closed at its lower end. The air outlet openings are provided in the tube wall (3).
