<p>PURPOSE:To improve the transmission efficiency by separating a packet into a label definition packet including a grouped address group and an information packet including transferred information and applying separately the packet transmission processing. CONSTITUTION:The acquisition of a label representing a group of a multiple address destination address is requested from an outgoing terminal equipment 41 to a level provision section of an outgoing station 42. When the sending of the label definition packet is finished to all stations in a network in the station 42, the outgoing station 42 completes the address transfer phase to set the information transfer phase. The actual transmission of information is executed in the information transfer phase. When a packet kind decision section of each reception station 43 detects the arrival of an information packet, the label number in the information packet and the label number in a reference table of its own table are collated, the reception terminal equipment/station information of the said station is transferred to a distribution switch control section and the said information is transferred to each terminal equipment/ stations 44, 45 via a distribution switch.</p> |
