To adjust the thread rollers and to achieve a satisfactory and accurate thread on an apparatus for radial thread rolling, in particular on tube spigots, which consists of a holder, e.g. a mandrel, provided with a rotary drive, for the tube and of two thread rollers which can be pressed approximately diametrically against the tube spigots by means of feed levers and are taken along by the spigot due to friction, and in which the two feed levers are pivotably mounted on a common axis - also for adjustment to different tube spigot diameters - a pinion is provided on each of the two thread rollers, each of which pinions has opposite helical gearing, a spindle with an adjusting wheel being arranged coaxially with the pivoting axis of the feed levers, the said adjusting wheel having in each case one helical gearing meshing with one of the two pinions and being axially displaceable by means of the spindle.
