PURPOSE:To provide a temperature-sensitive fuel injection valve used in a diesel engine or the like, which is capable of controlling the injection fuel of fuel automatically according to the combustion temperature. CONSTITUTION:A commonly used helical spring 7 is disposed such that its lower end is urged onto the upper surface of a spring seat member 6 of a push rod 3. Further, a similar helical spring 9 made of form memory alloy is fitted between the lower surface of the spring support member 6 and a stepped portion 8 of a holder 1 formed in the lower end face of a cylindrical spring chamber 5. The spring 9 made of a form memory alloy is designed to take an original form longer than the distance between the spring seat member 6 and the stepped portion 8 in the ordinary state that a needle valve 4 is held in contact with a valve seat surface 19. Therefore, when the spring 9 is heated to a temperature higher than the critical point, it tends to take the original expanded form and produces a force for urging the spring seat member 6 upward. |
