A machine for pickling pieces of meat, with a conveyor which opens into the space of at least two injection needle rollers (2) which are arranged vertically above one another about horizontal axes, are driven in an onward conveying manner and which penetrate with their injection needles (30) the pieces of meat running through and at the same time inject pickle from a pipe (81) provided inside the injection needle rollers. To avoid the loss of pickle as a result of lacks of tightness between the stationary pipe and the hollow body of the needle rollers, it is proposed that there are provided in the part of the pipe (81) facing the passing piece of meat bores (86, 87 ...) and that further bores (861, 872 ...) of greater diameter are arranged from the outer surface of the pipe (81) concentrically with the bores (86, 87 ...) and are not continuous and in which cylindrical components (862) provided with likewise concentric bores (863) are inserted, the outer parts of which have a curvature, the radius of which corresponds to the outer radius (r) of the pipe (81). <IMAGE>
