PURPOSE:To accelerate the accounts work and to prevent the generation of an error of accounts, by connecting a room memory that totalizes the credit data of each room generated through a cash register ans stores the check-in and check-out information and the name to the cash register via a transmitting device. CONSTITUTION:A data processing memory 2, a room memory 3, a channel control part 4, an on-line control part 5 and a flexible disk control part 6 are connected to a CPU 1. The check-in/out information, the name and the credit data generated at each register (restaurant, store, etc.) for each room are recorded each time to the memory 3 via the channel part 4. Furthermore an answer is given with an on-line system to the inquiry given from each register. Thus no writing is needed on a slip. This system can accelerate the accounts work and prevents the generation of an error of accounts. |
