PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of an information processor on the basis of small power consumption, by providing a detecting means to detect a state to be made into a stand-by state, such as a flip-flop which is controlled by said detecting means. CONSTITUTION:A detecting means that detects a state to be set in a stand-by state is provided along with a flip-flop which is controlled by said detecting means, etc. For instance, the output of an inverter 1 is fed to AND circuits 2 and 3, and a T2 timing signal is fed to the circuit 2. Then the output of the circuit 2 is fed to the reset input terminal of a latch 4. Then the output of the latch 4 is fed to an OR circuit 7 and the circuit 3, and a T1 timing signal is fed to the circuit 3. The output of the circuit 3 is supplied as a set input of a latch 5. The output of the latch 5 is fed to a latch 6, an exclusive OR circuit 8, an inverter 17 and a transmitter 9. The output of the transmitter 9 is fed to an AND circuit 10, and the output of the circuit 10 is supplied to a timing generator 11. |
