发明名称 RECTIFYING STACK FOR POLYPHASE SEMICONDUCTOR RECTIFIER
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve the operating efficiency of a polyphase semiconductor rectifier by securing conductors for a rectifier and a protecting fuse directly to insulating supports to reduce the width of a rectifying stack and mounting it in a box after assembling with a rotary base table. CONSTITUTION:A conductor 10 of a rectifier 18 and a conductor 12 for a fuse 19 are opposed between parallel upper and lower row insulating supports 5, 6 and an insulating plate 11, and aligned perpendicularly to the supports 5, 6. The conductors 10, 12 are insulated at the insides, contacted at the outsides directly with the supports 5, 6, clamped with insulating bolts 15, 16, the plate 11 is integrated with the conductors 10, 12, which are integrated via an insulating bolt 17. An electrode terminal 20 is projected outside a conductor 20, an interval is maintained with an insulating tube 21, the lower end of the conductor 12 is extended as an electrode terminal 22. The rectifier 18 is contacted under pressure with the conductor 10 via a clamping tool 26. Since this stack has circuits of the same configuratin at both sides of the plate 11, the stack can be held axially with a rotary base table, and since the completed stack 2 is mounted on the box 1, its working efficiency is good and its safety is high.</p>
