The shaft coupling housing(10) compirses an outside axially extending sleeve(28) for connection to a first shaft casing(16), and for partially covering a pair of generally aligned shafts(12,14). An inside axially extending sleeve(30) connects to a second shaft casing(18), and for further covering the shafts(12,14) & the shaft coupling(10). The inside sleeve is radially spaced from the outside sleeve to produce an annular opening(36) for access to the shafts & shaft coupling. Radial seals(48) seal the space between the inside & outside sleeves.
