PURPOSE:To increase the efficiency of a reformer by making follow-up the output of the reformer and an air supply system to a sharp load change and suppressing the variation of hydrogen rich gas temperature in the reformer outlet. CONSTITUTION:An auxiliary fuel flow rate 114 and an auxiliary air flow rate 118 are precedingly controlled according to a load command from the middle supply, and they are corrected so that the temperature of a hydrogen rich gas 103 in the outlet of a fuel reformer 202 is kept in a given value. Therefore, the output of the fuel reformer 202 and the air supply system 111 is made follow-up to sharp load change, and the temperature of a hydrogen rich gas in the outlet of the fuel reformer is suppressed to increase the efficiency of the reformer. |
