PURPOSE:To damp sufficiently the Q of a spring system supporting an optical system, by coating a polymer compound having damping characteristics on a plate spring and providing a damping member on it. CONSTITUTION:Thin metallic bases (e.g., 10-50mum thick) M, M' as a spring base and both-side adhering tape (e.g., 50-100mum thick) S as a thin polymer base having damping characteristics are used and the three are laminated so as to hold the tape S between the bases M, M' as shown in a figure. In this case, in place of the tape S, a polymer compound including a solvent is coated on one surface of the members M, M' to form the layer S and the other of the bases M, M' is stuck the layer S. The bases M, M' can be of the same or dissimilar kind of metal. Further, the laminated layer of the three is punched as shown in the figure to obtain the plate springs 4A, 4B as shown in the figure. |
