发明名称 NONAQUEOUS-ELECTROLYTE SECONDARY BATTERY
摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance the cycle characteristic of a nonaqueous-electrolyte secondary battery by combining a positive electrode made by using an active material prepared from manganese dioxide with a negative electrode made by using a polyacetylene film doped with metal ions which are used as a negative active material. CONSTITUTION:A positive active material prepared by subjecting electrolytic manganese dioxide to heat treatment at 250-430 deg.C, a conductive agent consisting of acetylene black and a graphite, and fluorine resin powder used as a binding agent are sufficiently mixed in a ratio of 85:10:5. Next,the mixture is pressed and molded with a pressure of about 1ton/cm<2> into a pellet having a diameter of 15m/m and a thickness of 1.1m/m, and the pellet is subjected to heat treatment at 250-350 deg.C so as to obtain a positive electrode 1. On the other hand, a polyacetylene film is doped with lithium ions by using the polyacetylene film as an anode, a lithium plate as a cathode, and solution prepared by dissolving 0.5-1mol/l of lithium perchlorate in propylene carbonate as electrolyte, and feeding a constant current of 10mA. After that, thus prepared polyacetylene film doped with lithium ions is cut into a circle with a diameter dimension of 15U/m so as to obtain a negative electrode.
