PURPOSE:To improve the rigidity of a metallic frame and to increase the natural frequency, by fixing a metallic reinforcement plate of a nonmagnetic substance so as to connect both pieces of the metallic frame of the nonmagnetic substance formed in channel-shape, and inserting an insulator between the metallic reinforcement plate and each piece. CONSTITUTION:A hole through which a screw 15 is inserted is formed for the metallic reinforcement plate 14 and a female screw 19 screwed to the screw 15 is formed to each piece 5 of the metallic frame 5. An insulator 19 formed as a flat washer is inserted between the plate 14 and the piece 6 of the frame 5 and an insulator 20 formed as a sleeve with a guard is inserted among the plate 14, the screw 15 and the flat washer 17. The screwed part of the screw 15 is screwed with the female screw 19 through a spring washer 16, the flat washer 17 and the insulators 18, 20. |
