PURPOSE:To decrease carbon monoxide concentration in a hydrogen gas supplied to a fuel cell by controlling the steam flow rate to a fuel reformer so that carbon monoxide concentration in a hydrogen gas in the downstream of the fuel reformer is kept in a given value. CONSTITUTION:The supply amount of stream 102 to a reformer is controlled by carbon monoxide (CO)concentration feedback of a main hydrogen gas system. A main hydrogen gas system carbon monoxide setting value 700 is obtained as a function of a load command LD from the middle supply with a hydrogen gas system carbon monoxide concentration setting value generator 600. The deviation from a carbon monoxide concentration signal 701 measured with a main hydrogen gas system carbon monoxide concentration detector 311 is obtained (a subtracter 601), and the feedback control operation such as proportion, integration is conducted (a feedback controller 602) to obtain a feedback control signal 703. An operating signal 705 of a valve 201 is decided by the feedback control signal 703. |
