PURPOSE:To maintain in a given value the hydrogen concentration in a hydrogen gas and the oxygen concentration in an oxygen gas in the outlet of a fuel cell by adjusting the recycle flow rate of the hydrogen gas and the oxygen gas of the fuel cell so that the hydrogen concentration and the oxygen concentration keep a given value. CONSTITUTION:When a cell output increased, the consumption of hydrogen is increased. Hence hydrogen concentration 501 in the cell outlet is decreased, and so as to compensate this decrease a feedback controller 402 opens a valve 204 to recover the hydrogen concentration 501 in the cell outlet. But when the valve 204 is opened, main hydrogen gas pressure 521 is decreased, and the recover of the main hydrogen gas pressure 521 is slow since the response of a fuel reformer is slow. Because when the valve 204 is controlled only by the hydrogen concentration 501, the main hydrogen gas pressure 521 continues to decrease, that is corrected with a main hydrogen gas pressure deviation signal 522. |
