PURPOSE:To make parts alignable as in the specified ordering, by installing a parts holder in a hopper so as to make it possible for vertical motion, while forming an upper end of the parts holder into an angular from, and installing plural recessed grooves on an angular incline. CONSTITUTION:When a drive unit 3 is driven and a parts holder 5 is made to go up, there are two cases that when each part 7 is fitted in a recessed groove 6 of the parts holder 5 already at that point that this part 7 is projected into a holler 1 and the part 7 is in a state of being bridged on the recessed groove 6. With the parts holder 5 going up, the part 7 on the holder 5 drops along an incline at the upper end, and while it is droped, plural parts 7 opposed to the recessed groove 6 are inserted into the recessed groove 6 in a row. At the point that an upper end of the parts holder 5 is projected out of a group of stored parts 7, each part 7 is fitted in respective grooves 6. Afterward, these parts 7 being fitted in a lower end of each recessed groove 6 are pulled out by a conveyor 10, and they are conveyed toward a base material 8 being clamped to a work 11. |
