<p>PURPOSE:To lighten the apparatus and to increase an operation efficiency of the fermenter by connecting airtightly a feeding hole of the fermenter and a takeout hole etc. of gases at the control part and by assembling a lid, a vessel wall and a bottom plate member through packings. CONSTITUTION:In the methane fermenter, the feeding hole 9 of the vessel a feeding cylinder 10, a connecting part 11, an elemenet 12 for detecting a digestion liquid temp., a water weal pipe 13 for an underwater pump and a lid 14 thereof, a pipe 3 for circulating heat exchange medium and a pipe 6 etc. for taking out the fermented gas are connected quite airtightly. Furthermore, an inner lid 8 is connected airtightly to the vessel wall 16 through the packing 15. The underwater pump 18, a fitting frame base 19 and a waste water drain passing hole 20 are provided to the base plate 17, and these are connected airtightly to the under surface of the vessel wall 16 through the packing 21. The airtightness is made well due to screw clampings of the connecting sides of the lid 8, the wall 16 and the plate 17 through the packings 15, 21. By this assembly, the heat retaining property of the methane fermenter is increased and the long-time durability is obtained.</p> |
