<p>PURPOSE:To prevent generation of white smoke by heating a processing gas at an outlet of the titled wet type exhaust gas processing device and to prevent adherence and deposition of moisture to the heat transfer surface of a heat exchanger by evaporating the moisture within mists contained in a processing gas. CONSTITUTION:A heat medium introduced within a gas duct 9 at the inlet of a desulfurizing device in a counterflow direction with respect to a gaseous flow, and heated through a fin tube 11, heats the processing gas through a fin tube 11 to suppress the generation of white smoke at the outlet of a chimney 8. A circulating duct 20 which connects the upstream side of the processing side heat exchange unit to the downstream thereof is provided at the outlet of the desulfurizing device, and a part of gas heated at the outlet of the processing side heat exchanger is returned into a low-temperature gas at the inlet of the processing side heat exchanger and mixed therein, whereby the temperature of the gas is increased and before entering in the heat exchanger, the moisture within the mist is evaporated to prevent fixture of the moisture to the fin surface.</p> |
